For shipments outside the EU, import duties are determined and collected by your local customs authority, which is unfortunately outside our control. This information is outlined in both our shipping policy and legal notice, but we appreciate the feedback and will look into making it even more visible. We're always working on ways to cover duties upfront — we've already found a solution for US customers, though not yet for Canada or Australia. That said, there are ongoing talks about free trade between these countries, and we genuinely hope progress comes sooner than expected. Thank you!
