A pearl coming loose after only a few wears shouldn't happen either. It's covered by our 2-year warranty, so please contact us at hello@o-milo.com with your order number. We'll gladly send you a replacement or re-set it properly for you.

The gold versions are finished with a thick layer of real 18K gold vermeil, with a palladium barrier layer between the silver and the gold. The silver versions carry a palladium and rhodium finish, so they stay bright. All of these are precious metals, and they are known to be very skin-friendly, which is why sensitive ears usually do well with them. Enjoy wearing them!
