If your order contains a pre-order or made-to-order item, you will receive the estimated ship date by email once it is confirmed.

If your package is unclaimed, refused, or returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address (e.g., only a first name provided, wrong street number), a small flat fee applies:

If your parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the last scan or delivery. We’ll open a carrier investigation and keep you informed. Once the claim is approved, we’ll replace or refund your order per your preference.
You may return or exchange unworn (tried on) pieces within 30 days of delivery. Please keep the original packaging and contact us before sending anything back — we’ll share the return address in Germany and guide you through the steps.
