We partner with DHL Premium Service to ship worldwide from Berlin, Germany — with one exception: orders to the USA are sent via Transglobal Express. Every order comes with a tracking link, and all shipments are fully insured against theft, damage or loss. Please note that once your package arrives in the destination country, delivery is handled by your national postal service. If you notice a pause in your tracking updates, you can use your original tracking number directly on your local delivery service's website:

If your package is unclaimed, refused, or returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address (e.g., only a first name provided, wrong street number), a small flat fee applies:

If your parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the last scan or delivery. We’ll open a carrier investigation and keep you informed. Once the claim is approved, we’ll replace or refund your order per your preference.

If they don’t feel like yours, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain unworn beyond trying them on and are returned in their original packaging.
