Welcome to O’Milo! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

These terms apply to all purchases made on our website. By using the site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make a purchase.

Ordering and Payment

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. At this point, a binding contract is formed. Orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if there are issues such as stock limitations or incorrect pricing. Payment is required at the time of purchase, and we accept PayPal, Klarna, Shopify Payments, and major credit cards. Prices are listed in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Shipping and Delivery

We strive to ship all orders promptly. Delivery times vary depending on location and are provided as estimates only. Full shipping details, including fees and unclaimed package policies, are outlined in our Shipping Policy. O’Milo is not liable for delays caused by customs processing, couriers, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the package has been delivered.

Right of Withdrawal

As per EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. To exercise this right, please email us at hello@o-milo.com or use the provided Withdrawal Form. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, provided the product is in its original condition.

Returns and Warranty

For returns and exchanges, see our Returns & Refunds Policy. All products are covered by a two-year warranty for manufacturing defects, as required by EU consumer protection laws. Defects caused by improper use, third-party repairs, or general wear and tear are not covered. For more information, refer to our Warranty Policy.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in custom orders due to incorrect information provided by the customer. Please ensure all details are accurate before placing your order.

Your Responsibilities

Customers must ensure their provided information is complete and accurate. Fees arising from incorrect details or unclaimed packages are outlined in our Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you agree to provide a safe and secure location for delivery.

Liability

We comply with German and EU consumer laws for product defects. O’Milo is not responsible for damages caused by improper use, third-party handling, or courier delays. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

Intellectual Property

All content, including designs, images, and text, is owned by O’Milo and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. EU customers are additionally protected under local consumer rights regulations. Disputes will be resolved in German courts unless mandatory laws in your country of residence apply.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Changes will be published on our website, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If significant changes are made, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website.
