Delivery Options:

Choose the shipping method that suits you best:

  • Free Shipping: Delivered within standard timelines, with a tracking number and insurance provided.
  • Eco Shipping: Offers the same delivery as standard shipping but carbon-neutral and uses 99% less plastic, aligning with our commitment to sustainability.

Delivery Times:

Each piece, packed with care, ships directly from Berlin. Delivery times depend on your location and are based on DHL guidelines: 

  • Germany: 2-3 business days
  • European Union: 4-7 business days
  • Americas (North & South): 7–14 days
  • Asia / Middle East: 7–14 days
  • Oceania (Australia / New Zealand): 7-14 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10-15 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and local postal services.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping is free for all orders. Eco shipping is available at checkout for a small additional fee.

Order Tracking:

To ensure your jewelry reaches you safely, we provide a tracking number for every shipment—yes, even free shipping! All shipments are also insured against theft and damage for extra security.

Unclaimed or Returned Packages

If your package is unclaimed, refused, or returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address (e.g., only a first name provided, wrong street number), a flat fee will apply:

  • Germany: €5
  • International: €10

This fee helps cover the costs we incur when handling and processing returned packages.

Duties and Taxes:

  • European Union: All duties and taxes are included in the purchase price.
  • Outside the EU: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the recipient's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Packaging:

To minimize our environmental impact, we may package multiple items together in a single box. Unless you request separate packaging for each of your jewelry pieces or let us know the items are gifts, we choose this thoughtful, eco-conscious approach.
