As soon as i tried to put them on the earing post bent in half very soft metal was very upset by this

Our earrings are handcrafted from sterling silver, a precious metal that is naturally softer than industrial alloys. As with all fine jewelry, they require gentle handling. Every single earring is individually inspected in our studio before shipping to ensure it leaves us in perfect condition.
As we have not received any photos or a warranty request from you, we are unfortunately unable to assess what happened. If you believe there is a manufacturing fault, your earrings are covered by our 2-year warranty. Please visit our warranty policy and follow the steps under “How to make a warranty claim.”
