This is not a big-agency role. It’s an opportunity to grow with an independent jewelry studio — slowly, deliberately, beautifully.

As our Creative Partnerships & Content Assistant, you’ll be close to the way we connect outwardly: creators, partners, stockists, and the voices that share our jewelry. Your work supports the storytelling behind every piece.

UGC Content Sourcing

• Find and connect with creators who resonate with our tone
• Manage communication and simple agreements
• Organize content assets and track collaborations

Influencer & Wholesale Support

• Answer inquiries from influencers and boutiques
• Draft gifting or wholesale offers
• Keep a contact log and prepare curated packages

Pop-Ups & Retail

• Research opportunities for stockists and events
• Support with inventory and packaging coordination
• Communicate with partners and help with logistics

• A clear communicator with a sense for style
• Organized, independent, and proactive
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
• Bonus if you have experience in PR, retail, or content
