Terrible business, even though everything is in cad dollars, I was charges customs after the purchase was made and their delivery carrier did not send out customs fee request ahead of delivery which complicated the process. A disasterous experience overall, will not be purchasing from this website again. Very deceptive!

Import duties and customs fees are determined and collected by your country's customs authority — they are not set or controlled by us, and they vary by destination. On our end, your order was shipped with free tracked and insured delivery via DHL, and it was successfully delivered. The customs clearance process is handled entirely by the carrier and local authorities upon arrival.
