The gold looked very washed
Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, it's difficult to understand exactly what you mean by 'washed,' but perhaps some information about the material will help clarify. Our earrings are finished in genuine 18K gold vermeil over sterling silver. This is real 18K gold, not a gold-coloured coating formulated to achieve the very saturated yellow often seen in fashion jewelry. Its appearance can also vary considerably depending on the light, from a softer champagne gold to a warmer, richer tone. If the colour looks different from what you expected, please feel free to send us a photo so we can take a look. And of course, if it simply isn’t the earrings you were looking for, you’re welcome to return them unworn (trying on is absolutely fine) within our 30-day return period.
