We’re always open to honest feedback — but we also believe in fairness. You purchased these earrings over 8 months ago, and are now telling us they were worn for only a week before deciding they’re not acceptable. We find this discrepancy difficult to reconcile.

Our team handles every piece with precision and care — each earring goes through three quality checks before it leaves our hands. We also use solid 925 sterling silver, which is by nature a softer metal. If handled improperly — bent, dropped, or caught — a clasp can loosen over time. That’s not a flaw, it’s a characteristic of the material, and one that can easily be adjusted if needed. We offer a 2-year warranty and would have been more than happy to help — even now, you’re still welcome to send the earrings in for a free inspection.

But claiming a defect so long after purchase, and refusing our support, does not reflect the fairness and respect we show each of our customers. Instead you decide to bombard us with 1-star reviews. We stand behind the quality of our work, and behind the integrity of our team.

Please understand that we cannot take responsibility for how the earrings are handled or worn over such a long period of time. Our jewelry is crafted from sterling silver — a precious but naturally soft metal. If bent, dropped, pulled or accidentally caught (for example on a scarf or while sleeping), the closure can become looser over time. This isn’t a flaw, but a characteristic of the material itself and can easily be adjusted by putting the closing arm to the initial place.
